Tesco F&F exchange clothes?

Hi, I recently bought some baby clothes for my daughter and they’re the wrong size but I have no receipt. Does anyone know if I can buy the clothing in the correct size and then use the receipt from that to return the wrong size clothing? Not sure if the receipt would say the size or not! Thanks

I'm pretty sure Tesco would just exchange them for you. Go to the customer service desk first and ask. Tesco are very reasonable in my experience.

Yes they refund or exchange at customer services pretty easily

The receipt code includes the size, if you used your clubcard they can trace the transaction. Better to be honest or it looks like you've stolen them

If you did your purchase will show up on there

You can't exchange without a receipt anymore these days

I work in Tesco and you can just return any swap for a different size with no receipt.

Drop them an email or complain on social media. They should have exchanged it if the tags were still on.

In my experience, most shops would exchange for same item in another size without receipt but the receipt would clearly state that this was the case so you could not take that receipt and then use to return the item.

Some shops let you exchange for anything upto same value but it would be based on the lowest value the item has ever sold for (eg F&F had 50% off all clothes last week so you can only exchange for 50% off price on tag even if you paid full price week before that)

If you buy the new sizes and try to return the old sizes with the new sizes receipt they will think you’ve stolen them.
