Trawling through reviews, etc trying to find one seems nearly impossible. Struggling to find one to meet my requirements

2 slices
wide slots
big enough slots to take a full size slice
one sided bagel function

really shouldn’t be this difficult 😞. I search for toaster with bagel function on various websites inc Amazon and get recommendations for toasters without a bagel function

I love my Dualit.

It was a treat to myself - I don't do bagels but it has a bagel function.

We have a Dualit, bought in 2015 and still going strong. The heating elements can be replaced, and the mechanism is clockwork so a really good investment.

I have this KitchenAid with bagel function.

Dualit again! We have a four slicer with cages for things like bagels and a rack that sits on top of you want to warm something.
Dh brought it back one day and I was pretty cross and how much he paid. 20 years later it's still going strong - price per slice is minimal!

Thanks everyone, have ordered the dualit. I was sold on the 10 years and still going strong! 😁. My not cheap delonghi one stopped working today and isn’t very old.

Definitely Dualit, we got ours as a wedding present almost 25 years ago and it’s still going strong.

Another Dualit fan here. We bought ours with wedding present vouchers and it felt like a huge extravagance at the time but like a PP's it's now over 20 years old and still going strong, so it seems like pretty good value in retrospect. We have the 2 slice traditional version with removable bagel cages and it's used every day.

We have a DeLonghi one that has a bagel function. Not sure how long we have had it but I would say at least 15 years and still going strong!
