Visiting Nottingham- what to do

Can anyone recommend things to see and do in and around Nottingham please? Suitable for adults and older primary-children.

There is a new observatory, not been yet but it looks really good

Do you have transport? Wollaton Hall is good. They filmed Batman there, and it has a collection of Victorian stuffed animals. A decent playground too, and a park/lake with deer.

There’s a city farm in St Anne’s.

A bonsai shop which is interesting- massive collection of bonsais.

The caves are interesting, but I don’t know where you go to see them these days. Possibly at the castle, also worth a look.
