Landlords your stories

Just been reading a revived thread about student digs and for balance I would love to hear some stories of horror tenants that landlords have had in their properties.

Killed his girlfriend's 5 month old baby in the lounge. He wasn't the father but met her when she was already pregnant. Thought he was a nice guy before that!

That's awful . I don't know if I could rent a property knowing someone thing like that happened.

There were a lot of horrible things about it. It was very much a worrying time. Yes having to disclose to people that this had happened was hard. Thankfully most people were understanding and happy with our honesty.
