Flashbacks

I've already written some posts in the relationship thread. I caught my shitbag husband cheating on monday. I know it's early days and I'm still raw but I keep getting flashbacks of seeing them both in the car.
I jist don't know what to do. I'm already in medication and I can't afford counselling..I don't know what else to do.

Flashbacks are part of a normal reaction to a shock. They are likely to pass. Don't push thoughts away, but don't ruminate on them. Talk to people. Let yourself process it. Get angry. Take care of yourself and hold your head up high.

Im trying my best but it's awful.
