Is waxing effective?

Every year on holiday I might a make hash of my bikini line and feel really self conscious. I have quite dark hair and it grows back really quickly and then I end up with horrible rashy gross bikini line which makes me feel more self conscious. If I got a wax just before I went (would it have to be a while so it can be exposed to the sun?) would it last for a seven night holiday?

It is really effective and gives a much cleaner finish than shaving.

But the problem if you don't do it regularly is your hairs are all on different growth cycles. So some might be just below the surface when you get the wax, then pop through a couple of days later.

It's still a great option for a holiday, but you probably want to take a razor or some veet to deal with any regrowth while you're away.

Thank you. I would never travel without a razor even if I’m away for a night 🤣

I had the same problem. Very dark hair that comes through very quickly. I’d then have the horrible red lumpy rash and I was so self conscious. It was also sore. I got laser hair removal and it was the best thing I ever did. Last holiday it was a game changer.
