Trying to decipher what it means. Manager who is three levels up from me is really nice when we talk to each other but when I was speaking to her the other day I kept seeing her side eyeing me. We have had a brief chat on a few occasions now and she has asked me how I am etc.
That particular day I was wearing a conservative dress and jumper, bit smarter than usual as I was doing a presentation that day.
