I can't find my theatre tickets and the show is in less than three hours

I have the order number email but not the one with the tickets attached, I must have deleted it permanently. If I go to the theatre with my order number will they help me?
I've requested that the e tickets be resent but they might not send them in time. Help!

Call the theatre and ask.

We once turned up for a classical concert and I realised we'd left the tickets at home.
The box office were really helpful and printed off tickets for us.

I've tried calling the theatre but it's just a voice message.

You'll be fine. Just turn up and they'll find your name.

Have you checked your downloads folder on your PC/phone? Might have some luck there.

Yep, tried that. I think I'll just go and give them the order number and hope for the best.

Just get there early and go to the box office. They will be able to find the tickets and reprint them or resend by email.

With the order number, they should be able to help.

If you don’t try, you definitely won’t get to see the show, so you might as well give it a go!

Get there early and go to the ticket office, or ring them again closer to 1pm when they open.

Yeah it will be fine, take ID for the ticket purchaser's name and the card used to purchase just in case. But it will be pretty obvious when no one is in those seats.
