Do you have fresh flowers in your home?

I've got a couple of bunches of daffodils and tulips around the house.
I don't seem to be too fussed about it other than during January and February as it cheers up the long dark gloomy days.

Yes, a bunch of whatever is cheapest is my little luxury. I split them into old jam jars and the dc have then in their bedrooms too.

Herbs in the conservatory, and I'm growing flowers for the house this year, if I can bear to cut them.

Yes. Love them but cannot afford to have the ones I would like as often as I would like. Was it Elton John who said as part of a court case he spent £100k per year on flowers for his house? If I had the money, I would absolutely do that! Sadly, I do not.

Inspired by this thread I picked up a couple of bunches of daffs in Sainsbury last night - they’re waiting to bloom in a small watering can in my kitchen.

Yes. I love fresh flowers and usually have a bunch in the kitchen and another in the dining room. Just Tescos tulips/roses/daffs or whatever they have.

I’m not bothered about having flowers but DH buys a bunch, usually lilies, every week. I appreciate his doing this.

Much of the year, yes. Daffodils. Then bluebells in April as they grow like weeds here. Sweet peas, then later dahlias.

Sweet peas are lovely, you’ve inspired me, I need to sort some out for the spring.
