Office working causing headaches?

My employer has mandated a partial return to the office and I’m finding every day I'm in the office I get a terrible headache. So bad I feel a bit nauseous with it.

Any ideas what could be causing it?

I stare at a screen all day when wfh so it’s not that.

The lights? I struggle sometimes with the strip lights and apparently the rate they 'flicker' can trigger migranes in some people. It's better when I can sit near natural light. Otherwise maybe your posture or getting dehydrated if you drink less?

Lights, posture, humidity.

Drink plenty of water. Make sure your desk setup supports good posture. Try to sit near a natural light source. Take frequent movement breaks.

Must be the lights as my posture and fluid intake the same at home and I don’t get headaches at home.
