Anyone sick again!!

I managed to spend Christmas and new year in bed taking steriods and having a chest infection – I got better just as it was time to go back to work. I've been working flat out hardly socialsied and now I'm sneezing, sore throat, coughing and bloody feeling like I've been hit by a bus "Again".

I normally have one maybe 2 colds a year at a maximum but never had 2 in a month. What are these bugs and make them go away. – Blurrggghhhhhh

Yes. 3rd one since the beginning of December. I have been a bit run down but I am really fed up with this current chest infection and never ending cough.

Relentless on-and-off cold since October. Permanent runny nose, now added sandpaper throat and enormous sneezing fits. No energy.

Can I join in? Laid in bed feeling sorry for myself.
Had achy joints/fatigue for 2 days then felt perfectly fine the next day. But the following day I'm floored with the worst stomach issues/nausea. Not looking forward to another night of crazy fever dreams 😩

Oh yes the fever dreams are so random last night I just got really stuck in a dream loop, got up had a wee fell back also and had the exact same dreams.

I now have the shivers, hot, cold, kidney aches and my head is pounding and I'm 3 hours away from nay other dose of paracetamol or lemsips.

I may run a bath and then go to bed early and see if I can sleep.

Same! Mine was about paper mache (so random) and it went on all night 😰
That sounds really grim, I hope you're feeling better tomorrow 🫶

So do I'm burning up just taken some night nurse, drinking loads team a banana and hopefully will wake up all fine and fever less

I'm applying the rules I used with my kids, room temperature, fluid, light layers and check nappies!
