Do you feel better for taking supplements/vitamins?

Can’t tell if it’s just the winter blah feeling but I feel tired and sluggish all the time. I eat ok, exercise etc so I’m wondering if I’m deficient in anything. As I don’t feel dreadful seems a lot of faff to go to the GP so was thinking of trying some vitamins or supplements in the first instance.
Thinking of iron, vitamin C, vitamin D and a probiotic tablet for gut health. Is this a waste of money or does anyone take them and feel better?

I take a perimenopause supplement and a fish oil supplement. I think they help, or rather, maybe the placebo effect does.

Been taking vitamin D for the first time ever since October and feel much more energetic than I usually do mid winter.

I have always taken loads. I cannot say they make me feel better. Nothing dramatic or noticeable.

Some years ago my vitamin D was 7. I think a low amount is about 30.

I now take a multivitamin, probiotic, B complex, magnesium, omega 3 and vitamin D.

I notice when I don't take them.

I take Feroglobin Liquid Plus and would be completed lost without it.
