Does chorizo need cooking?

I just gave ds some of these rolled up chorizo and Gouda things from Aldi for a snack but now I'm panicking that they need to be cooked... I don't really eat meat so unsure

Chorizo is a type of salami, it doesn't need cooking.

Some chorizo sausages do come uncooked but definitely not those, as said above they are ready to eat deli snacks.

There is ready to eat chorizo and cooking chorizo. They wouldn't make roll ups with cheese either cooking chorizo
