Help - Vinted newbie

I'm very confused!
I bought something exactly one week ago. Seller hasn't posted it and I'm trying to cancel the whole thing. I know I'm supposed to click the 'i' at the top right of the conversation and then select 'cancel order' but I can't see that option anywhere.
What do I do, please? It doesn't seem to be cancelling automatically either.

You don't need to do anything. If they haven't posted within the time limit, you will get a refund. However, if you do manage to cancel the order, there will be no record that they're not reliable.
Have you messaged them?

Just checking, when you go to the item from your profile in 'my orders' 'bought' , and click to the bought item, can you see the' i 'at the top right, in there?

Yes, I messaged yesterday and she said she'd send it that day or today. She has since messaged saying she'll post it tomorrow but I told her not to, it's taken too long.
I don't trust her anymore and I feel messed about.
When does it automatically cancel, please?

The plot thickens - when I go there it's empty! Nothing in 'all orders' or 'current' or 'completed'.

Oh - just found it

So I can click the 'i' but all that comes up is 'help' or 'block'.

If I choose 'help' it's just a list of general options.

Has she printed the shipping label? I had someone do that once, and it seemed to buy her more time to post it, which was very frustrating as I couldn’t cancel it.

No, nothing has been done and she admitted that she hasn't sent it yet.
I have had no info about the purchase since last Thursday evening, apart from yesterday when I messaged her.
I just want the whole damn thing cancelled now.

This is also highly annoying - when I try and contact 'support' , 'creating or editing a listings' selects by itself from this list and I can't select anything else.

If you want something posted in a certain time, I think courtesy dictates you message the seller before buying. It's not Amazon.

The rules of Vinted are that the seller has five working days in which to post the item.
This seller has missed that deadline.
I didn't want it posted to a special timeframe, I wanted it to be posted within five working days, as per the rules we both signed up for.

As she's past the deadline, you will get an automatic refund so you don't need to do anything.

Pretty sure it’s 5 days to print the postage or access the digital label then a further 5 days to send. So if you print the label the dah you sold it then you’ve got 5 days to post
