Doncaster wedding witness

Hi, I’ve got my marriage ceremony on 5th feb 2025 and have only got 1 witness. We’re telling family or friends after the ceremony. And everyone else I’ve asked is not available. Register office don’t supply witnesses. Is someone from Doncaster available to be a witness for me

Can you do this now? We had thought about it for our wedding 20+ years ago but you had to give the details of witnesses in advance.

I don't know but kind of hope so, I'd love it to happen to me! It would be fun to say I'd just been on the way to the shops or whatever and witnessed a wedding.
