Has anyone completed a maternity allowance application and able to advise on the below questions please?
I've been on SSP since 02/09/24, not sure whether I'm on maternity leave yet as my employer are refusing to communicate with me.
As far as I'm aware, if still on sick leave at 36 weeks you will be automatically put on Mat Leave, due 19/02/2025.
Am I counted have having stopped work to have baby?
