Any tips for easing neck arthritis and sore arm?

My complaint initially started as a sore arm due to the repetitive nature of my job. It's gradually gotten worse over the last two years and spread to my wrist and neck. My neck gets very sore and stiff. I've had a few sessions of physio, including shockwave therapy on my elbow, which only slightly helped so GP sent me for an MRI which has shown no trapped nerve but arthritis in neck discs and joints.

I really am sore and uncomfortable a lot of the time but I continue to do my job, for which I'm ergonomically set up, but makes no difference.

Anyone suffer similarly with any advice, please? I don't know whether to continue with physio or not.

I swear by two things. The first is an osteopath. The second is a freezer full of ice packs. If I put one on the right spot in my neck for long enough it really sorts the referred pain down the arm.

I started using a heat pad last week for arthritis in my lumbar region. It's wonderful. That and good lumbar support using a cushion.

"Electric Heating Pad for Back Neck Shoulders, Heat Pad with Auto Shut Off in 90 min, 10 Heat Level Settings, Fast Heated Pad 100% Soft Comfortable Polyester, Machine Washable 12"x24" (30x60cm) Grey : Amazon.co.uk: Health & Personal Care
