hi had a New patio door, and it seems worse then the old one we replaced as water just sits in the track, sits there for day, does your door do this and is normal ?
we had the door peopel out that the door was incorrectly manufactured with no drainage holes
so they drilled some in, which is obv not great, as we ordered a proper door not a bodge up job, it was the most expensive quite we had but this company had the best reviews …. So that’s why I went with them ….
anyway, after them drilling holes, some water will drain out, but because there’s no angle, to tip the water out, a lot just sits there
so what I’m trying to find out is this Normal ?
