What film last made you cry?

I watched for the first time last night The Green Mile (I know. I know. It’s an oldie and it’s a shame I had never seen it before)

I sort of knew the storyline, not the whole lot, but enough to know that I would cry. I did not expect to be a sobbing mess though. I still have a headache this morning from crying last night.

I don’t think I can watch it again. Amazing film. Amazingly well done but what a tear jerker

The boy in the woods - true story of a boy who survived nearly a year loving in the woods in occupied (modern day Ukraine). Profoundly moving at the end in particular.

Living not loving 🤦

Not just me, but my lovely man absolutely refuses to ever watch this film again.

He watches many gruesome programs, and true life stories of how terribly some people treat each other, but when it comes to dogs, well he was so affected by the loyalty of that dog.

Can't remember the last film i watched but previous ones ive watched:

Marley and Me makes me go from laughing for the first hour to properly SOBBING. As soon as he says "you're getting old fella" i start and it continues to the end. Because it reminds me of seeing much loved pets grow old with the inevitable ending. Just typing that was close to setting me off

Watched the notebook once and bawled through most of it as soon as I realised who the story was about

Up i cry at the start of

I won't watch the likes of watership down/Bambi etc as i know what will happen (tears). War Horse i cried through in the cinema.

I even ugly cried at the ending of a video game OH was playing 😂 proper ugly crying i think he was shocked at how many tears came! Fault in our stars was the first time he saw me cry at something. Me before you i cried in the cinema.

Oh I forgot that one, but it's the scene at the end when he's with Bonnie and names each toy individually and recounts his adventures with them, i sob. Lots.

I rewatched Schindler's List a while ago.
I will not be watching it again for a good few years.

The last one to properly make me ugly cry was Toy Story 4!

I was totally unprepared for the ending and it broke me, I felt I needed to lay down in a dark room

Now whenever I hear the theme song, no
matter which of the films it is, I get a lump in my chest.

Toy Story 3..left the cinema with a severe sore throat because I was swallowing back my tears.
