Bitching in the work place....

Started new job couple months ago and the cracks are starting to appear. Lots of bitching going on.

Have never had this before and always worked with just women.

Tonight I have come home sad, miserable and thinking it's not the place for me.

Just needed to vent 😥

I had this and I called it The Endless Bitching Circus. Eventually the main culprit, (and there usually is someone conducting it at the centre) was exposed and quickly left. Hopefully something like this will happen for you. They are all gone now and it is so much better.

Yes 'The one' was exposed and things were better but now I feel the manager has been drawn in and got involved which has upset me today.

Can you approach the manager with "hostile environment" concerns?
