What do you do when you children want to live with the other parent?

My 16y old teenage twin daughters have decided they want to move to their dads as it is closer to the college they want to go to.

I have searched on line at what i need to do, but nothing is answering my questions.

Who do i contact?

We both have parental responsibility (i've been the main carer) but does any of that change?

I know i will have to let child benefit know as he will want to claim that, but i have no idea what i actually need to do or where to start! I just need to know where to begin!

Who do you think you would need to let know?
In theory you could owe him CM, but you could also come to your own agreement of how much.
