I am trying to drastically revamp my (currently unhealthy) diet.

I have been having soft fruit smoothies at lunchtime which I am enjoying, but what can I add to them to make them a) more filling and b) add good nutrient value? Not nuts - I don't like nuts.

I am also after some suggestions for easy recipes for those egg-based muffin type things which I can make a batch of.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Hiya. I don't have good advice but I quite like some of the glucose goddess recipes and techniques.

One of her points is that a smoothie contains too much sugar in one go so then you crash afterwards. It's better to have the whole fruit which takes longer to eat, digest etc. she explains it better than me.

Also ultra processed people by Chris van tulleken. It explains how our western diet it's stacked against us to succeed in being healthy.

Mean to say glucose goddess has food egg muffin recipes for breakfast. Nice and filling with protein

I often make the dc smoothies containing oats. If you also add milk, these smoothies are very nutritional balanced as they contain fruit, calcium, protein and a slow-release carb. In the spring/summer I add local honey as well as it helps with their hay fever.

Thanks both - will have a look at glucose goddess and add some oats to the shopping list.
