Biab nails and pulsing finger

I had a BIAB manicure last week and today my ring finger is throbbing and pulsing away. The gel is on my finger nails I don’t have acrylic nails on.

the finger is swollen at the side of my nail, looks like it could become an in growing nail, it’s that kind of feeling. How can I help it? Antiseptic cream? Go back to nail place and ask them to take off the gel?

Get the taken off, it is possible you have an allergy.

Sounds Paronichia soak it in warm salt water 3 times a day. You might need to get the biab taken off

Nail tech here, go back and get removed asap. That's a sign of allergy which will progressively get worse the longer you leave them on.
