Unsend a message on facebook

I have tried to delete a message I sent for both sides before it is read, but it only gives me the option to delete it from my side. Can anyone help?

I think you can only delete for both sides for a very limited amount of time. So if it isn't offering you that option, then there isn't anything you can do about it.

If it won't unsend then it's past the time limit, I think it's 10/15 minutes.
