Life is all about bills, high costs and rubbish weather right now. I've just been made redundant but trying to look on the bright side atm...

So let's have a bit of positivity..

What are you looking forward to in 2025,
Anyone want to share some good news for a change?

I'm trying to get my shit together

I've been trying since January 1st but as of now, I'm really trying to be better and shift this weight. For the good of my dd

Sorry to hear you've been made redundant, op. What are your plans now? Can you take a bit of time for yourself or is it straight to the job search x

I'm looking forward to reading certain books. My library is great. I hope you can find some nice things to enjoy.

I am doing a connected carers assessment to become my Grandsons foster carer so it's not all doom and gloom re: my redundancy.
Lots to look forward too with my 6 month old Grandson hopefully 🤞 altho I can't say I'm not scared of starting all over again with a little one at the age of 41.

Hopefully you "get your shit together"
Good luck on the weight loss 🤞

You can never read too many books :)

Good luck with your GS. I think once you get into the swing of things you will be fine.

Just to add - my library has a few activities for babies, story time, and I think a singing session.

That sounds perfect :) I actually have a library on my street, I haven't been in for years, il check it out. Thank you.

And this is why we need to keep librarys open, they are more than just books and I can imagine are a lifeline for a lot of people.

We're waiting on completion on our first house - been together 9 years, married for nearly 4 with 3 DC - we've wanted this forever!
