I arranged for a parcel to be sent next day (express 24, supposed to be there the morning after I sent it no later than 12) I sent it on the 20th, was supposed to arrive on the 21st. It's still not even out for delivery yet, I contacted parcelforce and they are blaming the storm on the 24th for the reason It's not been delivered which is fair enough but the parcel was supposed to arrive three days before the storm even hit!
I paid a lot of money for the express am service and a lot more for insurence.
From what they have said so far I won't have much luck with a claim as they can't control the weather. they also said it SHOULD be delivered on the 27th.
anyone have any idea where i stand with this before they get back to me so i know what to say..
