For me, group settings are a nightmare. It's so overwhelming I feel like running away. Just large groups of people anywhere, too.

Also understanding feelings. My own and other peoples. Relationships are a nightmare.

Noise. Mostly noise caused by other people. Argh!

A lot of my issues are sensory. Travel sickness, too much movement, noise or bright lights. Literally nodding/shaking my head feels awful. If I have to watch something that's not directly in my eye line or there's movement to the side of me I feel nauseous.

I have a weird relationship with food, I hate other people for cooking me except dh. I'm paranoid about dates on sauces and condiments . Bread can't be more than two days old. I can't eat chicken breast, sliced bread , frozen meals or any tinned food (and lots of other minor items) Food has to be served in a certain way. I can't eat from open packets unless I know how long it's been there and where it's lived.

I don't have a big social thing but I like to be social.
