Advice on tummy tuck or liposuction

Has anyone any experiences of a tummy tuck of liposuction. I had my daughter 4 years ago. I managed to get back to my pre pregnancy weight I currently weigh 9 stone, but my stomach still sticks out really badly. It's really getting me down . I'm a size 8 in clothes but my big belly pushes me out and it's awful looking even when I sit down you can really see it:( has anyone any advice what to do? Has anyone any experiences of a tummy tuck or liposuction ? Has anyone had a tummy tuck or liposuction done? Which one is more effective. I'm at my wits end my stomach now😥

I've had lipo 20 odd years ago & it was great, stomach & flanks & I think the surgeon took 1.5 to ,2 litres of fat out. I had it done in Paris , it was around 2k from memory & I recovered quickly. You have to wear a compression garment. No more rolls of fat. The fat cells are removed so if you gain weight it goes elsewhere so have to be careful going forward. I believe tummy tucks are one of the most tricky operations. I did consider one but could put up with a bit of loose skin as opposed to a big tum. Best to do your homework & find a decent surgeon & discuss options. I think you could maybe have the lipo first & see how you look after that? Some do both in one operation.
