Google payments!!!

Help! Just had notifications from NatWest that four separate payments of £19.99 have been debited from my account to Google (Nintendo). I'm really confused as I don't (as far as I know) have any Google subscriptions. I certainly don't do Nintendo. I don't have kids, I live on my own and no one else has access to my debit card. Can anyone help please? Screenshot attached

There's a dispute option in the app for individual transactions - can you press that for each one?

You need to report it as fraud. Looks like you're with NatWest who are very good at dealing with these things - it shouldn't be an issue to resolve and you'll get your money back.

They probably have a fraud phone number? I’d call them asap. Or go into a branch if you can manage around work.
i had something similar and my card has been cloned / they’d got the details.

id also take some cash out and put a freeze on your card

You need to speak to NatWest, when I had similar HSBC issued me a new card.

Seems to be a thing with NatWest,it’s happened to me and my dh,mine was Amazon an dh flowers in Germany,freeze your card on the app then call the fraud line,we got refunded within a couple of days.

Hitting the report as fraud button will have set the wheels in motion. The bank will do the rest.

Thanks everyone. Just reported as fraud and ordered a new card. What a bloody pain in the arse!
