Help me with a gift

Meeting my friend on Saturday for brunch in London.
Really good friend, don't see each other much but have a close bond.
I missed her birthday, so want to bring her a gift.
However she lives a few hours from London, is meeting me then going to the theatre, dinner then home.
So flowers, champagne not really an option. Around £50 budget, any ideas?

Cashmere gloves ? Scarf? (Probably not cashmere!), Jewellery - if you 100% know her taste. Snazzy notebook. Key ring - a nice one. I’ve a good Smythson one. Check the sales. Bag charm. Face cream? If you know what she likes - a lipstick. My DDs like the coloured Dior lip balm.
