Carer help please

Hi everyone,
I need some help choosing between a few careers. I plan to go to uni soon.
Speech And Language Therapist
Pros
•Psychology and English mixed
•Working with autistic people (this is important as I want to work with them)
•Good work life balance- 9-5
•Helping other people
Cons
•Lots of paperwork
•Course is hard
• Healthcare system
Clinical/Educational Psychologist
Pros
•Helping others
•Diagnosing Autism and other neurotypes
•Good pay
Cons
•To get a practicing job, you need a Masters/PHD. Just having psychology undergrad doesn't really open anything

Feel free to leave any alternatives as well

Psychology postgrad here: can confirm it was useless as a standalone undergrad degree. In fact if I had to do it again I'd have taken a degree which led straight into clinical practice such as SLT or OT. However just to give you an alternative, have you looked into degree apprenticeships? There's another thread on this very theme and they really look like the way forward for anyone wishing to accelerate their career path.
