Within a hour or so after I eat I need to open my bowels!
Sometimes it's once other times it can be 2/3 times.
I've occasionally been like it over the years, when I've eaten cooked cheese, I haven't eaten cheese now for years recently it's been very frequently.
I cut out dairy and it did improve, the last few weeks again it's got worse.
I've had a lovely lunch and 45 minutes later I had to run to the loo!
I take buscopain frequently due to the pain after eating.
Dr's are useless and can't get an appointment for 5 weeks as its not deemed as urgent!

Anyone else like this??

What else have you eliminated? Gluten?

I'm not sure thit could be gluten as I am fine with biscuits, oreos, bourbons and pink wafers. I eat these because they don't contain dairy.
I've done a test kit that I've got here ready to post tomorrow and I'll see what the results are, I'm not even convinced that the test is any good I bought it back in December out of desperation!

Dh has this issue too. He found dried fruit was the worst offender, he used to have some for breakfast with his cereal. Caffeine bothers him too, he drinks a lot of tea and found a switch to herbal teas or decaf regular tea really helped. Other than that he doesn't understand it, he goes through good and bad phases. Personally I feel he hasn't tried hard enough to isolate foods and discover the culprits. He hasn't had medical tests, just a chat with GP.

I'm unable to get to see a Dr for 5 weeks if I'm lucky, hopefully the test I'm about to send off may highlight something and I can go from there to eliminate some food groups, I only drink decaf coffee, I have 3 most mornings due to bladder issues I can't drink normal coffee, and I drink mint tea which was recommended for the bloating, all the other times I drink plain tap water
It's so difficult trying to find out what it is making my tummy like it is x

How old are you OP? Menopause did this to me. HRT stopped it.

I'm like this but it's a lot quicker than 45 mins! I have had my gallbladder removed and having bariatric surgery but I really ought to have it looked in to because I have been caught short a couple of occasions. Make the gp appt OP.

My surgery is useless they won't prescribe HRT
