This isnt majorly important but when people say 'smile it might never happen' really annoyse...1 because how do they know something bad hasnt happened and 2....thats just my face im actually fine. I know its just what people say but its something i think people should just leave out, Anyone else got a straight face that gets unwanted comments 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣😭

Yes. And smile it might never happen is infuriating. I'd put good money on men never saying it to other men.

I owe no one a smile.

That saying infuriates me. And it's always men who say that, always.

I would never say that to anyone, we have no idea what someone is going through.

I'm going through a tough time atm and am certainly not feeling like smiling and if any man says that to be I will rip their bloody head off.

You need to work on your resting bitch face. I apparently look so frightening just walking along thinking about nothing much that no one would dare suggest I owed them a smile.

If you did you'd look mad!!

NigelHarmansNewWife · 22/01/2025 13:45

It's like "cheer up" or "calm down".

"Cheer up love, might never happen" says bloke to me whilst I was walking to my car.

"My uncle just died, so you can fuck off", says I.

NigelHarmansNewWife · 22/01/2025 16:17

One of my friends' kids once told her "just chillax Mum" and it had the opposite effect...
