Hello
My 2 week old is unsettled a lot with wind.
He is breastfed from boob and I express.

I've tried colief drops. Dentinox. Infacol. Newborn gripe water.
Also got dr brown wind bottles.

Any tips and tricks welcome and how to encourage to sleep in own crib / settle xxx

I just need some sleep. Please don't judge I'm in the thick of post partum anything makes me cry Grin

Please visit a breastfeeding support group for some specialist help with your baby's latch. Even if it feels ok and your MWs have said it's fine, I would put money on a specialist being able to help reduce the air they are taking in. Are they very clicky when feeding? Are you in any discomfort?

Hi thanks for your help. No discomfort for me but yes the clicky suck x

Oh and at 2 weeks old your baby is brand new. You cannot teach self settling at this point. They only want you. Safe cosleeping, or sleeping in shifts would be the best short term solution. Any willing aunties/grandparents etc who would come and hold the baby so you can nap?

Sounds like they're taking in lots of air. Please look for a specialist support group. It's very likely your latch needs a little adjustment.

Weight gain ok? Lots of wet and dirty nappies?
