yesterday haven't got paid from child benefit, called them and for some weird reason they don't know either, apparently my child benefit is on hold but i haven't changed nothing in my circumstances and last week i got paid. could it be because universal credit needed to review my right to claim on the 19 january? uc haven't called me or put nothing in my journal, which is making me scared cause im only going back to work next month, so i kinda needed the money until i can close the claim when back to work after maternity.
Oh and another question about uc if they don't review in their own will ( call me or contact me) will they not pay me? cause the letter i got said my assessment needs to be reviewed on 19 january
