What are your current favourite snacks and treats?
My username gives away one of mine 😋

I'm happy with buttered crumpets most days although I've just scoffed a sausage roll. Mustn't make either a habit!

I like anything tasty, within reason, but time of day is important. Crumpets are great as an afternoon tea nosh but I wouldn't want them in the morning. However, nice cakes such as coffee and walnut or chocolate fudge go equally well with elevenses or high tea. More savoury stuff like Pringles, mini Cheddars, dry roasted peanuts, bruschetta etc are best as sides with aperitifs before dinner. No rules necessarily but a nod to convention here and there!

My home made guacamole with tortilla chips. The M&S sweet potato tortilla chips are fantastic but unf. my local branch is quite small and doesn't always have them in.

Coop Salt and Chardonnay Vinegar crisps from their posh range. May remove a layer of skin from the roof of your mouth but are completely addictive. Nice dipped into posh houmous too.

Can't go wrong with cheese
Olives are a close second
