I bought a ticket for the wrong venue on ticketmaster, the option to put it up for resale was there so I put it up for the price I paid for it, It was listed for about two months and didn't sell so I redued the price and put it back up for resale about a month ago.
Been checking on and off and noticed one other person had theirs up for resale and that was it, every other ticket was sold. Theirs sold last week and it just left mine to sell. (front row Jimmy Carr)
Just checkd and it is now saying 0 seats left so I assumed mine had sold today. Checked my account and now the ticket is back in my account and the resale button is now greyed out, So now I can't sell it or transfer it.
I don't understand why they took my ticket down from resale and gave it me back when the show isn't even until the end of this year.
I emailed ticketmaster a week ago and the only reply I have had so far is for me to confirm my email address!
Has this happened to anyone else?
