Perfect cheesecake

Couldn’t find a cooking/baking topic.

Who has a good baked cheesecake recipe? I either end up with one on the fridge that’s rock solid or a baked one that’s still a bit liquidy in the middle.

Someone on here must have a great cheesecake recipe?

Bbc good foods Newyork cheese cheese is my go to. The less fuss I do the better it comes out
