I started the same time as another colleague. I have much more experience, they are very good at talking themselves up. Two different bosses. Their one is very good at her people promotion, as makes her look good . My one is only good at self promotion.
i feel my hard work is being credited to either my boss or the other coleague and have no control of this. I love the company and should be enjoying job but feeling down and strapless. Only six months in. Any tips?
