Book recommendations to reignite lapsed reader

I used to read loads but literally cannot focus on any book for longer than 20 minutes. Trust me I've tried. I do listen to audio books but it's not the same.

I blame a traumatic few years, including divorce, moving home and constant anxiety. My mind wanders and I lose interest.

I desperately want to start reading again and would welcome thoughts on books that are an easy read but will keep me gripped.
Hoping once I get a couple under my belt the spark will reignite.

I agree with others about starting with old favourites or young adult books. Also things like Milly Johnson - easy read, predictable but still enough to keep you interested.
It was a book by Natasha Furrows that I actually bought for my daughter that got me going again - The Children of Castle Rock - adventure type, similar enough to Enid Blyton stories to invoke a sense of nostalgia, but no horrible trauma/grit/death etc as it’s a children book! Perfect!
