They have an option to donate your referal credit to charity, but I can't figure out how to do it?

Wish I could pass it on to someone who will use it

It’s quite straightforward but if in doubt, contact them, they’ll talk you through it.

It's not an ongoing subscription as it was cancelled in 2022.

So when I click on earn/donate it only has it as an option to set up my future referrals, not all the money already in the pot.
