55 year old woman, pear shaped size 18 what do I wear to a roof top bar with girlfriends?! Help please x

In January? A massive coat and hat I reckon. Could do a stylish version with wool belted coat and beret style hat?

Is it open air? In which case, a thermal vest and a nice warm coat!
