Have you ordered from Cox & Cox recently?

I used to order from them all the time and never had any issues. However, I placed an order with them on the 5th, they took the money straight away but I have yet to receive my items. On their website it says 'processing' under my account, and they're not responding to my emails. Bit worried now.

I ordered a light and it took ages to arrive. Same as you it was "processing" for ages. Arrived eventually!
