Sorry to ask an Edinburgh specific question, but does anyone know if two separate cars can be registered from the same address in a zone with a different owner for each car? The website seems to be trying to merge our permits when we try to apply and says we can only park one car in the zone at a time so we can’t both be home together. That doesn’t seem right does it? Or am I reading it totally wrong? Would appreciate some advice if possible! Thanks
