A quick and easy dinner (working late)

It's my turn to cook dinner for me and DH. I'm still at work and probably need to pop to the shop on the way home although I do have lots of staples at home and meat in the freezer.

Whats you're go to quick dinner?

We had lasagne yesterday so no pasta.

Stir fry and wraps?
Bag of micro rice, stir fry sauce and ready prepared veg. Cooked chicken strips, bung it all in the wok. Heat up a few wraps in the microwave, 10 mins max.

Egg, beans and toast😁

Stir fry is not a bad idea
