I need some inspiration! I was having a tidy out last night and I found a photo of me 10 years ago, and OMG the difference I was slim and radiant! Now I just feel fat, bloated and dull. I've never really dieted but I do watch what I eat in that I say no to puddings, don't eat fry ups at the weekend when everyone else is, that sort of thing. I thought I was doing okay, but the photos have made me realise I really am not! So, inspiration please! Ideas, tips, anything, I must do something!!
