Miracle migraine cures

I know there aren't really any "miracle" cures, but any advice and ideas. would be so appreciated.
I've suffered from migraines for years, since my early 30s. They are hormonal related I'm sure, and have got worse since perimenopause started. They make me really sick as well as head pain, and I'm so over this shit every single month multiple times without fail. It even makes me scared to go on holiday because the thought of getting one on a plane or in a strange place is awful.
I can't take sumatriptan as I have really a really bad reaction.
Has anyone found anything that has made life easier?

Also, there is hope.
My migraines increased in peri then all but disappeared in full menopause.

Magnesium supplements but when you feel one coming on try red bull ( or something with caffeine in it) and paracetamol.

My migraines stopped when I started taking HRT- a surprising but very welcome effect of the meds! Are you on HRT OP?

One of this bags that you put cold water in, I also add ice and it's been a game changer for me. Doesn't stop the headache but it makes me feel so much better when using it.
