I've just seen a tweet (are they still called tweets?) From EM saying pensioners shouldn't pay tax because they've "paid their dues already".

I felt like replying that pensioners receive a personal allowance, that investments get tax relief in the UK! And even then 25 percent is tax free!

But I stopped myself and redirected myself here to have a simple moan.

It also blew my mind that ikkle me, sat with her feet up in front if the fire, could actually "talk" to EM (or anyone in the world really). Although, I suspect, he nevers actually reads what mere mortals post in reply....

My friend posted on twitter and EM liked his post. He sent me the screenshot proud as punch so I do think he sees things

I get it 😄 While I was still active on Twitter, my mum caught a glimpse of my phone contacts and was WILDLY impressed! "How do you know all those people?" My phone had downloaded everyone I interacted with - MPs, Ministers, celebrities, captains of industry along with shedloads of ordinary mortals.

I've cleaned up my contacts list now, but I'd be lying if I said I hadn't spent an hour or two scrolling through to admire my high-level connections before deleting them!
