Any vets or dog experts can tell me what this spot is?

Just felt a little lump on my dog under her fur on her upper leg, at first I thought it was one of those green fuzzy balls but now realise it's an actual spot. Tried to get a photo, can anyone advise what it could be?

I don't know, but my dog has the same. She is due a check up so was going to ask then.
