Lonely at work- no team feeling

I changed jobs last year to a training provider. I train usually 5 days a week. There is no time to get to know the other trainers. We all work from home or on client sites. It's long hours and lots of travel. My manager is great but we don't know each other. I've come from a corporate environment so used to talking to the same people everyday.
Anyone got any advice?

Could you talk to your manager and suggest a weekly trainers' meeting on Zoom to share experience and advice. Maybe a monthly trainers' training day in person, or a mentoring/buddying system between new and old trainers.

Organise a social maybe, or a monthly f2f. I work remotely in a different country to my colleagues and love not having to see anyone in person. Home working doesn't suit everyone

We do a 6 monthly meet up. Maybe it's just me. I train 5 day courses where as others do 2 or 3 day courses. So have admin days to get to know each other. Also everyone else has been there 10 years +.
